run

patty dumpty fell off her trek bike (again yes, again)

i forgot to blog about my fall. yes i have made it routine to blog about any fall off my bike (almost weekly).

yes so that unwritten prophecy seems to be getting fulfilled pretty nicely. well it was kinda weird, i suspect it's all in my head. cos like 10mins after it flashed in my head that i hadn't fallen off yet and wondered if i was going to fall or get rained on by birdshit, i FELL. gah. like at the turning. i misjudged the degree in which i shld've turned and crashed right into the pavement, onto MUD. yuck. okay maybe it was good cos less scratches. anyhow, my left foot was still stuck to the pedal cos of the clips. HAHAH hilarious cos clarissa had turned before me (i'm too chicken to turn first, peripheral vision sucks) and so when i fell she didn't really see. so i was like "AHH!" and like "CLARISSA!" but uh she's too fast. ahhaha. so i just lay there for a while, one foot stuck to the pedal, unable to move. hai, so loser. hahaha. yes well i finally managed to get up, but i noticed the pain in my left rectus femoris had gone up. hurhurhur. yup i fell on it. DAMN right? osim i fell on my right rectus femoris. now left. -bangs head on wall. seriously am i like fated to never be able to run again or something. cos as it is i can't even run 10m without pain so. yeah whoever out there who's listening.. I'M IN ENOUGH PAIN ALREADY LAH. heh. sorry venting.

got to go for my run. unfortunately after 15mins i was in immense pain. cannot run properlyyyyyyyyyyy. boohoohoohooohooooo. arghhh. oh well it was nice running at a slow leisurely pace along the mainroad near my hse. with the sun still out! yupyup i miss that. felt quite good after the run even though i was in a hell lot of pain. icing the muscles now.

BURNING MY DREAMS.
make the pain stop. please?

[pat]* decided to runaway-.
